“White Shark: Outside the Cage” Documentary
While I was freelancing at Digivista, I did graphics and color correction on this documentary for European distributor Hit Entertainment/Pantheon. It was eventually picked up by the National Geographic Channel. Their website lists me in the credits, albeit with both names misspelled. I would also like to add for the record that Emmett Feldman also did a lot of work on the graphics, and they didn’t credit him. UPDATE: I thought all my work on this piece evaporated in the digital mist, but I finally found a copy on amazon.com and one of these days I will actually digitize a section and put it up.
“Research Biologist Mark Marks leads us on a dangerous and thrilling quest to understand the great white shark. His passion and maverick research techniques challenge established science and enthrall viewers. This is not just another shark film. Marks is the first scientist to study great white sharks in their ocean realm with no bait, no cage, and no protection!” –from Pantheon’s Website
